Parmand Telecommunication Development Company is an Iranian pioneer firm in the field of management, design, procurement, execution, commissioning, and maintenance of telecommunication projects. Also it is one of the few Iranian active companies in the field of project management contractor (MC) and project plan and control contractor (PCC).

History

The Parmand consortium was formed in 2003 after a comprehensive and precise market study conducted by highly professional and experienced Iranian telecom managers. The members of consortium carry an experience as much as 36 years. This makes Parmand a combination of today’s knowledge and past experience which is an intellectual capital for this company. Parmand consortium was formed in order to perform massive projects locally and internationally.

Parmand has worked with many international telecommunication companies such as Siemens, Nokia, MTN, ZTE, Huawei and Alcatel. Since the coalition, Parmand has been actively involved in many nationwide projects such as first and second mobile network operator development projects.
