April 25.2010 - Parmand Telecom - Today 25.April 2010 the final contract of Iranian 3rd operator has been signed. In this event "communications and IT minister" and “Social Insurance" attended and "Tamin Telecom" has been selected as the final 3rd operator of Iran.

"Related license has been issued for Shams Tamin Telecom, which is subsidiary of Shasta (Social Insurance Investment Organization) and covers more than 30 million nationwide", Minister of Telecommunications _ Reza Taghipour_  said.
