May 22.2010 - Parmand Telecom - Tamin Telecom Co.-the winner of Iranian 3rd mobile operator- received its license from regulatory on International Communications Day Ceremony.

"This operator will offer video call technology and its suitable bandwidth. Tamin Telecom must present its SIMs in maximum 9 months", Taghipour, Minister of Communications and IT, said.
