July 21.2010 - Parmand Telecom - During 2nd festival of state-run websites evaluation, ICT minister deputy announced that Iranian 4th operator will begin acting in IT field.

"Therefore this operator will be on fiber optic base and take fibers to subscribers' home", Akhavan behabadi said.
