August 09.2010 - Parmand Telecom - With installation of its Call Center software some of current Bourse problems are expected to disappear.

"The second phase of SAMPA, which thoroughly monitors bourse transactions, is in its final stages," Ali Salehabadi has said.

He said the software's third phase was currently being designed and among its main features would be to identify malpractices as well as unexpected index fluctuations.

He expressed hope the software would ease current disputes between customers and stockbrokers."The software is capable of recording telephone conversations between such parties for future reference.
