Oct 18.2011 - Parmand Telecom -The ICT Ministry should present its proposals to the Parliament especially if it concerned clean internet, Parliament industries and mines committee spokesman announced.

Ali-Asghar Yousefnejad told that new rules and regulations were needed to be devised to meet advances in technologies, and added:"the present regulations are not in line with the growth in such technologies."

He said for them to separate 'clean' internet from 'dirty' internet required new regulations that had not yet been devised but they should eventually had to be ratified by Parliament.
