December 30.2009 - Parmand Telecom - The first national conference on mobile government will open in Mashad on Dec 30 with a message from the Minister of Information and Communication Technology and attended by the ICT Ministry deputies and officials.

It will also be attended by lecturers from country's major universities, ICT experts, Tehran Municipality IT and representatives from the banking system, Government agencies and some telecom companies.
